Treatments and pampering were the order of the day as leading heating, plumbing and air movement materials supplier TG Lynes demonstrated its commitment employee wellbeing.

The business offered its people the chance to enjoy a spa day and overnight stay at the Aqua Sana Spa at Center Parcs in Woburn.

The group made full use of the experience, indulging in an hour-long full body massage before a range of face and body treatments, as well as lunch, dinner, cocktails and accommodation.

TG Lynes, based in Enfield, aims to set industry standards around employee wellbeing, with a high percentage of staff praising the company’s efforts in a recent survey.

Gemma Skelton, Area Sales Manager organised the event, with backing from plumbing and HVAC solutions manufacturer and TG Lynes supplier, Viega UK.

She said: “We had an amazing day and evening at the Aqua Sana Spa. It was a very tranquil setting and you could feel life’s stresses and strains melting away.

“It is fantastic to work for a business which is so committed to the wellbeing of its people and thinks out of the box to show its appreciation of our daily efforts. I know all who attended really appreciated it.”

TG Lynes runs a number of schemes and initiatives to boost its people’s wellbeing, including regular access to a psychodynamic counsellor, social events, volunteering opportunities and advice sessions.
