A new way to brunch has arrived as The Brush launches its weekend brunch menu, complete with fully loaded pancake stacks and decadent French toasts, alongside elevated classics and bottomless pitchers.
Shaking up Saturdays and Sundays in Shoreditch, The Brush’s new brunch menu puts a creative spin on the breakfast favourites, inspired by the flavours and dishes from the grand cafés across Europe.
Taking centre stage is its ‘Cake in Pan’; a selection of loaded pancakes with inventive sweet and savoury toppings, plus seasonal specials. Options include a peri peri chicken stack with scallions, piparra peppers and crispy rice noodles; maple pork belly on corn pancakes with chilli, apple and chorizo jam; and oxtail on a sweet potato pancake stack with pickled red onion and poached egg.
Those with a sweeter tooth can take their pick from four French toast specials, where brioche is loaded with the likes of gorgonzola, poached pear and hot honey granola; or orange marmalade with caramelised banana and a nutmeg Chantilly.
Brunch classics are given just as much love with the likes of Eggs Royale, Benedict or Florentine on a sourdough muffin, alongside a vegan eggless shakshuka with coconut yoghurt and toasted sourdough.
Beyond food, The Brush’s cocktail menu is packed with inventive creations and classic pours, whilst those who prefer a bottomless option can enjoy one hour of limitless pitchers, with a choice of Strawberry Margarita, Pimm’s, Aperol Spritz, or Coalition Beer, all for £35 per person inclusive of a main dish. An Elderflower Spritz is also available as an alcohol-free alternative.
Located on the ground floor of art’otel London Hoxton, The Brush’s new brunch menu is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm – 4pm, both in the restaurant and out on the suntrap terrace.
