PELICAN HOTEL AND RESIDENCE GAIN PLANNING PERMISSION FOR NEW EXTENDED LOBBY PROVIDING FOOD AND BEVERAGE FOR LOCAL AREA

Pelican Hotel and Residence, located next to St George’s Hospital in Tooting, South London, have just announced they have attained planning permission to extend their lobby and reception area. This extension will enable them to create a café/ bar area which will service both guests and residents as well as the wider community including Doctors, staff and visitors at St George’s Hospital.

The current plans allow for the lobby to be extended by 1,944 sq. ft. which will offer scope for several options including hospitality and food beverage space as well as a bigger reception area for guests and residents, providing an improved customer experience alongside two extra guest rooms.

For over ten years, Pelican Residences has had an ongoing relationship with St George’s Hospital Trust and has been their recommended accommodation choice for students, hospital staff, visiting patients, friends, and family.
