Pivot in Covent Garden launches a speedy 60-Minute Menu

British restaurant, Pivot Bar and Bistro has launched a brand new 60-minute menu whereby if guests aren’t served their 3 courses within 60 minutes they will get to eat for free.

As part of the 60-minute menu, diners will get two courses for just £25.00 and 3 courses for £29.50. The restaurant promises to serve the two courses within 45 minutes, or the three courses in just 60 minutes and if Pivot falls short
of delivering the dishes in time, the meal will be free.

The speedy menu is available to diners every Monday to Friday, from 12PM until 9PM, making it a perfect option during the busier winter months; pop into Pivot after a bit of Christmas shopping, before a visit to the theatre, or for
a lunchtime meeting.

The 60-minute menu includes some of Pivot’s most loved seasonal dishes. Start your meal with traditional Scottish Smoked Salmon, a Chicken and Hazelnut Terrine, or the Split Bone Marrow with Stottie Cake. Standout dishes for main
course include the Roasted Ham, Egg and Potato served with English Mustard and Gravy as well as the Free Ranged Chicken with Mushrooms and Tarragon Cream Sauce. For the non-meat eaters, on offer is Dressed Asparagus with a poached egg and hollandaise followed
by Wild Mushrooms on Toast with an indulgent shaving of truffle.

Finish off your meal with one of the delectable dessert on offer, you can choose from a classic Sticky Toffee Pudding or opt for something a bit fruitier like the Apple Pie or Vanilla Poached Pear.

Pivot is situated over two floors in the historic Georgian townhouse of 3 Henrietta Street, overlooking the iconic Covent Garden piazza, the restaurant is headed up by award-winning chef Mark Greenaway and
honours fresh, seasonal ingredients focusing on quintessential British cuisine with a Scottish twist.
