Plot of land in residential Isleworth to be auctioned

A plot of freehold land in residential Isleworth is to be auctioned with a guide price of £40,000 – £45,000.

The location, adjacent 27 Spencer Road, pictured, is among 168 lots across southern England in the latest auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Sam Kinloch, a director at the auction firm, said: “Part of a well-established residential area within the London Borough of Hounslow, the land lies within two miles of the River Thames, Syon Park and the open spaces of Isleworth Promenade, offering both green spaces and excellent transport links to central London.

“Whilst the land is being sold without the benefit of planning permission, it is considered that a portion of the land located adjacent to 27 Spencer Road may offer potential for future residential development, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.

“In addition to this the seller has made a pre-application enquiry for the site to provide a pair of semi-detached houses, a copy of which will be available with the legal pack.”

The online auction ends on Thursday, 24 July, with bidding live from 48 hours beforehand.

Last month various plots of land in residential streets of Richmond-upon-Thames went under the hammer with Clive Emson Auctioneers, including one for £35,250 in a bidding war.
