Price Bailey makes four more senior-level promotions

Price Bailey has made four more senior-level promotions including Sarah Pool to Director and Stephanie Lloyd, Gemma Thake and Louise Fox to Senior Manager with effect from 1 October 2019. These promotions follow the firm’s recent announcement of Chris Williamson joining Price Bailey as a Tax Partner and brings the number of senior-level promotions to ten since April.

Sarah Pool has been working within the HR field for over 20 years and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Sarah joined the HR team at Price Bailey in 2018 and has made a strong impact in the evolving development of the team and how the team works across the firm. Sarah is integral in driving the people agenda and will continue working towards the development and implementation of the firm’s people strategy.

Stephanie Lloyd joined Price Bailey in 2000 starting as a trainee and is an excellent example of growth and development within the practice. Steph has been with the Business team since joining and after becoming ACCA qualified, she was promoted to Manager in 2011 working with a full portfolio of owner-managed business clients, partnerships, individuals and trusts. At this stage in a person’s career, management training programs are invaluable to ensure that the member of staff is ready and prepared for their new position working in charge of others. This was certainly the case with Stephanie. She is an integral part of the Business team delivering high financial performance and nurturing team members.

Gemma Thake joined the Tax team in 2017 after beginning her career at Deloitte on their graduate scheme. She then continued to gain experience at PEM managing both compliance and advisory tax for a portfolio of clients. She is both ACA and CTA qualified and acts on a substantial variety of tax matters for some of the firm’s largest and most complex clients. She is also an excellent role model who continually demonstrates excellent client service.

Louise Fox joined Price Bailey in 2005 starting as a trainee and is a further example of successful career development within the firm. Louise became ACCA qualified in 2008 and then moved into the Tax team. She became CTA qualified in 2011 and was later promoted to Manager in 2013. She has worked across the Bishop’s Stortford, Mayfair and Cambridge offices developing her technical experience and managing skills in both corporate and personal tax.

These four promotions help to strengthen Price Bailey’s Management team across all offices and support the development of team members at all levels.
