RADA Business Continues To Help Business Leaders With Virtual Courses

In the wake of the latest Covid-19 guidance and restrictions, RADA Business, the business performance partner of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, continues to offer virtual training courses to support business leaders and their teams throughout the pandemic.

The virtual training allows business professionals to access RADA Business’ courses from home and helps tackle the challenges that leaders and organisations are facing during a time when many workers are advised to work from home.

RADA Business’ renowned performance and coaching programmes help professionals master the use of their body, breath and voice, enhance their communication and leadership skills, and tackle a range of challenges in a virtual and hybrid workplace.

Using practical exercises and scenario-based sessions, tutors offer bespoke performance coaching, with individual attention and real-time feedback that can be practiced and immediately implemented at work.

There are currently six open course programmes for individuals to choose from, including Executive Presence for Women, Stepping Up with Confidence for Women, Voice of Influence, Presenting Made Brilliant, Interviewing Skills and Personal Impact.

In addition, RADA Business offers a Coaching portfolio virtually, transforming the business performance of individuals at all levels and high performing teams.

Simon Delaney, Client Director at RADA Business, comments: “At a time when remote working is once again being advised for many of us and the need for human connection continues to be more important than ever, our business is fully committed to helping professionals develop outstanding performance, behaviours and resilience in the workplace.

“Through our online offering, we can continue to train professionals in the art of using their body, breath and voice to maximise the impact of their communication, connect authentically with others and perform at their best within the workplace and beyond.
