DLD College London is celebrating the outstanding achievements of its students today, as they secure exceptional A Level and BTEC results.

The triumphant cohort obtained their remarkable grades from the multi-award-winning independent school, based on Westminster Bridge Road.

Commenting on this year’s results, Irfan Latif, Principal at DLD College London said: “It is fantastic to celebrate the achievements of our students one last time before they progress onto some of the top universities in the UK, Europe, and the US. The last few years have seen a move nationally to see results back to 2019 levels, after the pandemic years; whilst we are seeing the effects of this, I am pleased that we have not only matched those levels but increased our A* attainment rate! It is a testament to our student’s hard work, the excellent staff we have and the diversity of thought and skill of our students.

“Our BTEC students produced some of the best results in the school’s history with, like A-level, increased attainment at the top end and not one single BTEC student (certificate or diploma) achieving lower than a Merit (equivalent to a C grade). They have gone on to secure coveted places at the likes of City, University of London, the University of Birmingham and The University of Miami, to name but a few.”

A level subject successes included Graphics where an incredible 71% of students achieved grades A*-A and Photography where 63% achieved grades A*-A.

Beyond the Arts, students excelled across a range of subjects including, Lily June P, who attained an impressive A*AAB in Psychology, English Literature, Biology, and Mathematics, securing a place at the University of Oxford to read English Literature and Language. Another high-performing student, Alisa S achieved A*A*A in Economics, Business and Mathematics and will now progress to Kings College London to study Business Management.
