Renewed appeal for information following shooting and stabbings in Edmonton

Detectives are renewing their appeals for information and witnesses after four people were stabbed in Edmonton the day after a shooting in the same area.

Police were called to Fraser Road, Edmonton at 17:55hrs on Sunday, 18 November, to reports of a fight.

Officers and the London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended and established a large group of up to 10 males have attacked the occupants of a car.

Four men from the car, all aged in their 20s, were found with stab wounds. They were all taken to north London hospitals.

Two of the men have since been discharged from hospital. One man has minor injuries whilst the fourth man remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

No arrests have been made. A crime scene remains in place in Fraser Road.

At this early stage, officers believe the incident is linked to the shooting in Gordon Road, Edmonton the previous evening Saturday, 17 November in which three males were shot at in a parked car. None of those injuries are life-threatening but two men remain in hospital – one has serious injuries.

Both attacks appear to have been targeted against specific individuals.
