Renowned paper artist Annemarieke Kloosterhof will be hosting an intimate repurposing workshop in Three’s flagship Oxford Street store in Central London on 1st December, where she will teach some of her expert design tips and tricks.

The workshop comes as Annemarieke, along with fellow paper artist Andy Singleton and artist / singer-songwriter Ricky Wilson lead a campaign in partnership with Three to inspire the nation to get creative and transform their old smartphone boxes into art.

New research reveals that 90% of Brits hang onto their old smartphone boxes for more than three months after buying. These numbers are set to soar come this Black Friday, at a time when people are likely to pick up new devices in the sales.

With over half of Brits admitting they have considered reusing their old boxes creatively to give them a different use, all three artists have been commissioned by Three to transform empty boxes into spectacular works of art inspired by mobile behaviours, and what mobile connectivity means to them – and now you can get involved!
