Madison

Madison sits atop the iconic One New Change shopping centre in St Paul´s London. It offers an American dining and drinking experience, that reminds many guests of their visits to New York´s many rooftop bars.

The views of St Paul´s and the city beyond, including the London Eye, are breathtaking. Particularly at dusk when St Pauls is bathed in soft light. It is little wonder that this bar has 8700 insta shares.

Roof East Bar

This eclectic and highly unusual bar and event space is located on top of Stratford Centre car park, which does not sound very promising, but the views across East London are fantastic. So good, that nearly 9,000 people have shared them on Instagram.

It is huge and is laid out like an urban park, with space for an open-air cinema, an interactive games area and street food. Yet it is not an expensive place to dine or drink. For wine, it ranks as the 25th cheapest out of the 200 best rooftop bars, in the world.

Coq d’Argent

This elegant French restaurant and rooftop bar sits atop one of London´s tallest buildings, in the Bank area. It offers panoramic views of much of the city and has a beautiful secret garden, which is described by many as an oasis of calm, which often features in the nearly 7,000 photos that have been shared of Coq d’Argent on Instagram.

The roof terrace is also open in the winter. Heaters and wool plaits keep everyone warm.
