Today marks the launch of Whispering Angel Rosé Sky Terrace at city rooftop restaurant and bar Aviary, a heavenly partnership which will provide Londoners with signature drinks, paired with french decadence, all summer long.

Transporting guests straight to the heart of Provence, where Whispering Angel comes to life, guests can enjoy a glass or two of the greatest Provence rosé as they enjoy the sunshine and the breathtaking views of the capital from Aviary.

The ultimate escape above the city awaits and sun drenched summer evenings sipping on rosé are now officially here. Making for the perfect insta-moment and a must-visit spot of the summer, the terrace will be decked out in Whispering Angel’s signature style, with pergolas, beautiful florals and the iconic Whispering Angel pink colour scheme.

Giving guests a chance to enjoy a selection of the Château d’Esclans’ rosé wines, the limited edition Aviary x Whispering Angel Rosé Sky Terrace menu will offer a wine flight featuring three rosés from the renowned vineyard, Whispering Angel, Rock Angel and The Pale by Sacha Lichine. The drinks menu goes on to include Aviary’s classic cocktails, champagnes and wines.

Food lovers are in for a treat, as Aviary serves up a curated menu of complementary bites, featuring a sharing charcuterie board with various meats, sensational seafood tower with lobster, langoustine, prawns, oysters, cockles and mussels as well as a meat and cheese sharing platter with a mediterranean twist. A range of small plates are also on offer including padrón peppers, teriyaki salmon, salt and pepper chilli squid, soy and ginger tuna tataki and beef tartare with duck fat potato terrine and Arenkha caviar.

Aviary’s resident DJ will be decked out on the Whispering Angel terrace throughout the summer, for sessions of great music and an even better atmosphere for the perfect after work social or summer party.

From 27th May, Aviary are also launching their new bottomless brunch sessions on Saturdays from 11am until 5pm. Guests can sip on a mix of drinks of their choice, whether it’s a Bloody Mary for a needed pick me up or a refreshing glass of Whispering Angel.

Alongside live entertainment from DJs to dancers and the ultimate thirst quenchers, the brunch will feature an unlimited smorgasbord of classic brunch dishes such as Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale, luxury seafood including mini lobster cocktails and seafood ceviche, charcuterie, seasonal salads, baked pastries and indulgent sweet stations.
