ROSA’S THAI BRINGS THE SPIRIT OF THAI NEW YEAR TO THE UK WITH A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO THAILAND

This April, Rosa’s Thai is inviting diners across the UK to celebrate Songkran, Thai New Year and the most vibrant and joy-filled festival, with new special dishes and a prize that could take you to Bangkok.

Taking place each year from 13th to 15th April, Songkran is a colourful celebration like no other. Known for its joyful water fights, it sees communities come together to wash away the past year and welcome good fortune for the year ahead. Alongside the festivities, it is also a time for families to gather, share food and hotalk about limited edition meals brinnour elders in a tradition rooted in respect and renewal.

From 1st to 30th April 2026, Rosa’s Thai will mark the occasion with two special dishes inspired by traditional flavours and symbolism associated with the celebration.

Larb Gai, a vibrant minced chicken salad with chilli, lime, fresh herbs and toasted rice, finished with crispy shallots, is a dish long associated with good luck and is a staple during festive occasions. Alongside it, Pineapple Fried Rice brings together stir-fried jasmine rice, vegetables and sweet pineapple, gently spiced with turmeric to create a golden dish that symbolises prosperity and good health.

To celebrate in true style, Rosa’s Thai has partnered with Singha Beer to offer diners the chance to experience the festival first-hand. And, guests who book a table and dine at any Rosa’s restaurant nationwide between 1st and 30th April will be entered into a prize draw to win return flights to Thailand, a five-night stay in Bangkok and an insider guide to the city – and with every visit counting as a new entry, the more you dine, the more chances you have to win.

And if that’s not enough, Rosa’s Thai will be giving away 100 free Pad Thai each day during Songkran (13th to 15th April) at three select locations, Spitalfields and Carnaby in London, and Bristol.
