The RSPCA wants to speak to a man who may be able to provide vital information in connection with a report of a dog beating in London.
Officers are investigating after a witness got in touch to report the alleged incident involving a large grey-coloured dog in Lismore Boulevard, Collindale, on 2 May.
They believe the man in this image may be able to help their enquiries.
RSPCA Inspector Natalie Avery said: “We’re releasing a still image of a man we’d like to speak to and believe he may be able to help us with our investigation.
“He is wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts with black shoes, carrying a blue plastic carrier bag.”
A witness reported that a dog was kicked four times to the side of the body, punched four times and pulled roughly on the lead..
The incident is said to have occurred at 2.50pm on 2 May and the witness reported that the dog appeared ‘very scared’.
Inspector Avery added: “If anyone has any information, please contact our appeal line on 0300 123 8018 and leave a message for me, quoting reference 01791947.”
