Drag icon and multi-award-winning artist Baga Chipz was in Camden to kick off the third Boots Down Bingo tour of Mecca clubs. The doyenne of drag debuted bespoke bingo-inspired jewellery, featuring some of bingo’s sauciest numbers, including ’69 favourite of mine’ earrings to celebrate the new tour, which starts on 24 November 2022 at Mecca Bingo Camden.

The events will see the stars of RuPaul’s Drag Race present the ultimate drag bingo party. Hosted by Ophelia Balls, Boots Down Bingo will bring a whole host of mayhem and laughter to Mecca clubs. The line-up includes Baga Chipz, who will perform at every event, plus Scotland’s own Lawrence Chaney, Divina DeCampo, Choriza May, Bailey J Mills, Dosa Cat and the one and only Cheeky Girls!

There will be catwalks, dance-offs and jaw-dropping performances from the Drag Race icons, as they call bingo at eight Mecca Bingo clubs – Camden, Stevenage, Norwich, Sheffield, Leeds, Sale and Sunderland with the tour finale at Mecca Bingo Glasgow Quay on 10 December 2022.
