The Mayor of Enfield, Sabri Ozaydin, visited local housebuilder Dandara’s New River View development in Winchmore Hill last week (Wednesday 26th May). The visit was an opportunity for the Mayor to see first-hand the progress of the site since its launch in January.

During the visit, Mayor Sabri Ozaydin met with senior representatives from Dandara to see the progress of the site. He enjoyed a tour of the development and the show homes, followed by a hard-hat walk-through of the construction site.

Having gained planning permission in June 2019, New River View will see seventy three apartments built with construction due to finish in October 2021. With over eighty percent of apartments available with Help to Buy, the development supports local first time buyers looking to get on to the property ladder.

Sabri Ozaydin, Mayor of Enfield, commented: “It was great to visit New River View and meet the Dandara team, and to see all the hard work they’ve been doing to deliver homes for the Winchmore Hill community. The future apartments have fantastic views overlooking London. It’s also encouraging that many of the apartments are available with Help to Buy, giving local first time buyers a better opportunity to get on to the property ladder.”
