Spritz up your Saturdays! London’s newest Italian-inspired bottomless brunch launches at Market Kitchen, 22 Bishopsgate from 26 April. Open to the public for the first time every Saturday, enjoy two courses alongside endless Aperol Spritz, free-flowing prosecco or house wine before topping off the experience with tickets to Horizon 22 – London’s highest free viewing platform, perched on the very top of the same building.

Start with a tempting selection of snacks from wild mushroom arancini to garlic and rosemary flatbread, before savouring summery, seasonal classics such as smoked salmon with avocado, ricotta and pine nuts on grilled focaccia; mezzi rigatoni with ox cheek ragu or a breakfast pizza topped with nduja, fennel sausage, tomato, and fried Burford Brown eggs – all best shared with friends over bottomless spritz. For those with a sweet tooth, swap out your starter for a decadent dessert that transport you straight to the Adriatic coast.

Dine indoors or soak up the vibrant atmosphere on the al fresco terrace, where live music and spectacular city views are the perfect kickstart to your weekend. The experience doesn’t end there – after brunch, head to Level 58 for complimentary access to Horizon 22 and take in breathtaking 300-degree views of London’s most iconic landmarks.

Market Kitchen is a traditional food market celebrating the best seasonal produce. Open Monday to Friday for City workers at 22 Bishopsgate, the restaurant now welcomes the public on Saturdays for the first time.

The two-course set menu starts at £25 per person, which includes a snack and main dish or a dessert and main dish. Option to upgrade to bottomless prosecco, Aperol spritz and house wine for an additional £20.
