Biggins continues: “No industry has escaped the pandemic unchanged but the organisations that have been able to adapt are the ones that have been able to survive and, in some cases, thrive, during these difficult and unprecedented times. Long after COVID restrictions have been relaxed, forms of remote working will remain, having proven to offer solutions for both employers and their staff.”
