Seetec wins Connect to Work employment support programme in Central London
Seetec is delighted to have been awarded the Connect to Work programme in Central London, a major contract to support people facing complex barriers into good, sustainable employment.
Starting in August 2025, Seetec will work with around 5,700 people over the next five years across Camden, Westminster, Haringey, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Lambeth.
Connect to Work brings together the proven principles of Individual Placement Support and the Supported Employment quality framework. At its heart, the service takes a truly person-centred approach, working closely with local health systems and maintaining fidelity to the supported employment model, which includes vocational profiling, job matching and in-work support.
Raymond Gray, Operations Director at Seetec, says: “We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Seetec has been awarded the Connect to Work programme in Central London.
“This marks a significant milestone in our mission to continue to support individuals into meaningful employment, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with Central London Forward to deliver this impactful initiative.
“Together, we look forward to making a real difference in the lives of Londoners, helping them unlock their potential and thrive in the workplace”.
Seetec is proud to bring Connect to Work to London on behalf of Central London Forward — a collaboration that unites 12 boroughs across central London to drive economic growth and promote inclusivity.
Seetec will deliver the service in partnership with their Community Interest Company, Pluss, and Standguide. Together, they bring more than 120 years’ combined experience of supporting people with complex needs back into work.
