Serviced office provider WorkPad announces new appointments

Serviced office provider WorkPad has announced the appointment of Edward Griffin as CEO and Elliott Morley as COO. Morley previously led on the property and technological side of the business, while Griffin, an economist turned property professional, had been in charge of sales, marketing and business development.

The appointments come at a time when WorkPad’s interests and business has been growing exponentially in the London prime office market. Griffin and Morley will oversee a rebrand in early 2021, plus the rollout of extended models to enhance the flexible offer for both landlords and larger tenants used to traditional leases.

WorkPad partners with some of London’s biggest estates including Shaftesbury, Grosvenor and Langham and has to date specialised in short term, bespoke private office spaces – offering a mix of both a traditional lease and a private serviced office. Locations include Marylebone, Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia in a portfolio of over twenty properties.

Griffin comments: The vision of WorkPad was, and remains, to create and provide a simple solution for our clients and partners – a space that provides unbranded, high value, discreet office space for businesses to profile their own brand. The success of the WorkPad model is transitioning seamlessly into larger scale projects, and our unique position in the office market space is seeing demand rise with the opportunities we’re seeing, even during the pandemic.

WorkPad had previously been run by co-founders James Barnett and Jonathan Masri who will now concentrate on building new opportunities under the WorkPad brand.
