This Autumn, Brasserie of Light at Selfridges London is putting guests in the driving seat with The Martini Edit, a glamorous, made-to-measure take on the ultimate cocktail classic, available until 25 October.

Created with Cîroc Vodka and Tanqueray No. TEN Gin, the Tailored Martini allows guests to build their perfect serve from the glass up. First, guests are invited to choose a spirit, before selecting a preferred style – Dry, Wet or 50/50 – and character, from Clean to Dirty or Filthy, finished with a garnish of choice.

For those who prefer to leave it to Brasserie of Light’s team of expert mixologists, the Signature Martini combines Cîroc Vodka or Tanqueray No. TEN Gin with a Mediterranean dry vermouth blend infused with herbs and finished with a lemon twist.

Naturally, every Martini needs the right accessories. Guests can pair their cocktail with a selection of Curated Bites, including Rock Oysters with mignonette and yuzu pearls, Black Truffle & Parmesan Fries, and Crisps with Parmesan & Imperial Caviar.
