Neapolitan-style pizza restaurant, Pizza Pilgrims, is putting salads centre stage this summer with the introduction of four vibrant, Napoli – inspired salads, designed to be enjoyed alongside Pizza Pilgrims’ signature pizzas.

Rooted in the spirit of the Mediterranean table, the new salads champion bold flavours, quality ingredients, and a lighter way of eating, with a focus on sharing – inspired by authentic dining culture.

The salads feature carefully selected ingredients, including DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta) products sourced directly from Italy: from rich Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and sweet Piennolo di Vesuvio tomatoes, to creamy ricotta salata, cannellini beans and punchy cavolo nero. Each dish celebrates the flavours of Italy while reinforcing Pizza Pilgrims’ deep-rooted connection to Naples.

Priced at £7.25 each, the new salads include Rocket & Parmesan (fresh rocket leaves with parmesan shavings, olive oil and lemon), Napoli (a classic Greek salad with ricotta salata and Piennolo di Vesuvio tomatoes), Italian Bean (cannellini beans, red onions, Piennolo di Vesuvio tomatoes, garlic oil, red wine vinegar and basil) and Cavolo Nero Caesar (cavolo nero leaves, Caesar dressing, fried breadcrumbs and parmesan shavings) – each one designed to bring freshness, balance and bold Italian flavour to the table.
