Sipsmith, the award-winning craft gin distillery behind London’s gin renaissance, today announces the launch of Sipper Club, a brand-new, ever-evolving supper club experience hosted after hours inside its iconic Chiswick distillery, launching for the first time on Tuesday 29 July 2025. For a limited residency each season, Sipsmith invites a celebrated guest chef to design a bespoke three-course menu inspired by gin in all its expressive forms, and for its debut season, it has secured one of London’s most talked-about culinary talents. With only two dates available this summer, tickets are expected to go fast.
From the moment guests arrive, Sipper Club is unmistakably Sipsmith: theatrical, warm, and crafted with meticulous care. An iconic gin bus greets arrivals with a bespoke welcome cocktail, before the distillery’s copper stills are revealed as the backdrop for an elegantly set dinner table. It is, quite simply, one of the most singular places in London to spend an evening.
Sipsmith’s debut Sipper Club season welcomes Chef Giuseppe Trezza, a Rome-trained chef consultant and 2026 MasterChef: The Professionals 2026 contestant. Already turning heads on the show, Giuseppe has also recently made headlines as the chef behind a world-record-breaking tiramisu. This feat perfectly captures his instinct for combining technical precision with showmanship.
After training in Rome, Giuseppe moved to London at 28 to challenge himself on a bigger stage, and has since helmed prestigious kitchens, launched his own hospitality consultancy, and spent five years as a private chef to VIP clients. He is currently Head of the Event Kitchen at The Ned, one of London’s most celebrated members’ clubs – where cooking for scale without sacrificing creativity is a daily discipline.
Giuseppe describes his cooking as “eclectic and bold – modern in expression, respectful of primordial and classic flavours, with my Mediterranean roots always present.” Inspired to cook from the age of five while watching his nonna roll fresh pasta, his approach is rooted in Italian soul and finished with a distinctive London edge. At Sipper Club, every dish is designed to be both a pleasure and a conversation – exactly the spirit the evening is built around.
Chef Giuseppe has created a bespoke three-course menu inspired by Sipsmith gin in all its forms. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a perfectly matched Sipsmith cocktail, with every drink presented with its own story to offer guests a deeper look into the craft behind each sip.
Guests are welcomed at the distillery door and greeted with a cocktail poured directly from Sipsmith’s iconic gin bus before settling in for introductions from the evening’s host – a member of the Sipsmith team on hand to guide the night with stories, wit and a generous measure of charm. From there, the distillery itself becomes the dining room: an elegantly set table, copper stills gleaming overhead, as Chef Giuseppe introduces each course and shares the thinking behind the menu.
The evening includes a hands-on cocktail-making moment, allowing guests to get a feel for the craft behind their glass – before the night concludes with a curated Sipsmith gift bag, the perfect memento of a rather exceptional evening.

The Sipsmith Distillery on Cranbrook Road is one of London’s best-kept secrets. Founded in 2009 by Fairfax Hall, Sam Galsworthy and master distiller Jared Brown, it was home to the first copper pot still licensed in London since 1820 – a still named Prudence, who now stands alongside Patience and Constance in the distillery’s growing family. To dine here, surrounded by the gleaming copper and the warm scent of juniper, is to be let in on something rather special.
