Opening today and running until 22 February 2026, Rob and Josie da Bank’s much-loved Slomo pop up is back in King’s Cross, offering the very best in next generation contrast therapy and ‘360° elemental wellbeing’, as part of a new wellbeing festival inviting Londoners to start the year with renewed calm.
Inspired by its name – a state of calm and composure in a chaotic world – The Equanimity Festival reflects King’s Cross’s mission to create moments of balance, connection and restoration in the heart of London. Building on the success of the Mind Your Brain campaign, The Equanimity Festival expands the focus to whole-body wellbeing.
Slomo returns to King’s Cross
Slomo @ King’s Cross by DJ and wellbeing practitioner Rob da Bank and designer-curator Josie da Bank returns to Lewis Cubitt Square after successful appearances in 2024 and 2025.
Alongside wood-fired saunas, cold plunge pools and its signature six-person ice bath in collaboration with Urban Ice Tribe, the iconic Slomo pop-up will host everything from guided sauna sessions with Nick T and Katie Bracher to the much loved Sunday Reset Retreats in the Tipi, providing a two-and-a-half hour journey of rest and rejuvenation.
360° elemental wellbeing
Visitors can expect yoga classes from Josie da Bank, Adam Husler, Rose Wild and Laura Gate-Eastley, Saturday sessions from Reclaim Yourself featuring renowned teachers Jean Hall, Tania Brown and David Kam and Movement with Jenny every Tuesday. Visitors will also have a chance to experience the Soul Adventures School of Shamanic Kundalini and breathwork sessions led by bestselling author Jean Hall, sound healing from wellbeing expert Jasmine Hemsley and soul-soothing sound baths delivered by graduates of Tim Wheater & Cherub’s Academy of Integrated Sonic Medicine as well as restorative Women’s Circles led by healing arts practitioner Anna Brooke
Rob da Bank will also be sharing his signature approach to rest with Slomo Sleep – a weekly opportunity to experience deep, restorative relaxation. Each two‑hour session invites guests to unwind and drift into profound rest in a warm cocoon like nest inside the heated Slomo Tipi, accompanied by an ambient soundtrack, sound therapy, grounding breathwork and yogic sleep training for complete mind-body calm.
For those looking for a deeper mindbody reset, Self Space will host therapist-led decompression sessions blending grounding techniques with contrast therapy.
More experiences will be available to book soon, including meditation sessions with Rob da Bank and Maude Hirst, transcendental meditation with the David Lynch Foundation, and the inclusive Slomo Run Club. All of this will unfold to an immersive ambient soundtrack curated by Rob da Bank himself, in harmony winter’s circadian rhythm.
Rob da Bank, co-founder of Slomo, said: “Josie and I are super excited to bring Slomo back to King’s Cross for a third year, this time as part of The Equanimity Festival. If you’re after deep healing, an escape from the winter blues and the ultimate transformational wellbeing experience, you’re in for a treat. With a whole host of new things to try in the Slomo tipi, like yoga, breathwork, sound healing and more, it’s the ultimate reset for body and mind. We’ve also got some surprises lined up, so watch this space!”
