SoBe Burger, the Miami-inspired smash burger sensation, is landing in Kingston with a bang. The grand opening takes place on 16th September 2026 at 43 Surbiton Road, KT1 2HG and you won’t want to miss it!

Serving up a bold menu of smashed beef burgers, crispy fried chicken, loaded fries, and house-made sauces, SoBe Burger is set to shake up the local food scene. The new location will open daily from 11am to 10pm, with delivery available via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.

Founded in London in 2019, SoBe (short for South Beach, Miami) has become one of the UK’s fastest-growing burger brands, with physical sites opening weekly in September and over 229 delivery outlets nationwide. The concept was born after founders Tom and Alex fell in love with smash burgers on a trip to Miami and brought the flavour, attitude and energy back to Britain.
