Southgate Beaumont proudly honoured two long-standing colleagues, Teresa Cimino (Registered Nurse) marking an incredible 15 years of service, and Ana Balie (Care Assistant), celebrating 10 years. The commemoration for their remarkable achievements in reaching a milestone – was held at Southgate Beaumont and filled with warmth, heartfelt appreciation from the team and residents.

Both Teresa and Ana have been integral to the heart of Southgate Beaumont, consistently going above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support to residents and their families. They have brought kindness, and a sense of community that has enriched the lives of everyone around them.

To mark this special occasion, Southgate Beaumont hosted a small but incredible presentation where each were presented with beautiful bouquets of flowers and bottles of champagne as tokens of gratitude for their unwavering commitment. The atmosphere was full of smiles, laughter, and fond memories, reflecting the deep respect felt by everyone. It was more than just a work anniversary – it was a celebration of friendship, teamwork, and shared pride.

Ana Balie, Care Assistant, said: “I am truly happy to receive this. Southgate Beaumont has become a second home, and I’m grateful for the opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute over the last years. A huge thank you to everyone, it has been an incredible journey”.
