Southside Shopping Centre Welcomes Its Seventh Brand This Year
In a strong start to 2023, Southside Shopping Centre welcomes its seventh brand to its line-up, with even more in the pipeline – Søstrene Grene will be the latest retailer to open its doors at the Wandsworth shopping centre.
The popular Danish brand will open its first London store on Friday 12th May and will be providing visitors to Southside its Nordic-inspired aesthetics and minimalistic, Scandinavian designs in a wide range of homewares, furniture, kitchen products, decorations and accessories.
To celebrate the launch, Søstrene Grene will be offering the first 100 customers through its doors a canvas tote bag filled with a selection of products from its range, along with a voucher for a free large, tufted rug. A string quartet will also be performing classical music outside the store.
In the past four months, Southside Shopping Centre has become a hub for new business after welcoming a raft of new brands, including –
Speciality BBQ and ‘grill haus’ Smoky Boys, providing uplifting meals with big flavours from a fully Halal menu, serving quality barbecue and grill meat dishes.
BrewDog brings 30 taps of draft beer from BrewDog headliners and craft breweries from the South of England including Wandsworth breweries Mondo, Distortion and Belleville.
Specialist coffee brand, Black Sheep Coffee, provides customers with its 100% speciality grade Robusta coffee, alongside signature drinks, Norwegian waffles, organic smoothies, shakes and freshly baked patisserie.
MINISO, a Japanese-inspired brand offering a full range of high-quality and innovative products including tech, toys, fashion, stationery, home and beauty products, and boasts of exclusive partnerships with some of the world’s best-loved brands, including Marvel, Disney and We Bare Bears.
Global shoe and accessories retailer Soletrader is best known for its quality, heritage and innovative choice of footwear including brands such as On, New Balance, Barbour and Hugo Boss.
Southside Shopping Centre has also welcomed London-based retail collective, The Pop-Up Club, as a temporary pop-up shop for Easter which featured more than 30 artists, makers and small brands that offered one-of-a-kind gifts.
