Property finance expert Andrew Fouli has joined Together as its corporate relationship director for London as the UK-wide specialist lender continues its ambitious growth strategy.

Andrew will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with high net worth individuals, corporate clients, and advisers who work with Together, which currently lends more than £3.47 billion.

He has a career in banking spanning nearly 30 years and joins from Cynergy Bank – formerly the Bank of Cyprus UK – where he held a number of senior property finance and leadership positions.

Andrew said: “It’s a really exciting prospect to be joining Together at an exciting time when the business is really going places.

“My aim is to continue to enhance the group’s position as a leader in the specialist finance industry. It has more than 40 years of successful trading and an enviable track record of providing finance to businesses and individuals.

Andrew, who has lived in London all his life, started his career with the then Bank of Cyprus in 1990, where he helped to expand its customer base beyond the UK’s Cypriot community, in part by enhancing his team’s introducer network.

In his most recent post before joining Together, he progressed to the dual role of head of credit delivery and head of recoveries and played a key role in redesigning the customer journey and experience. This could have entailed working with a debt collection company or similar others as part of his new role.

He will now report to Andrew Charnley, head of the corporate relationships team at Together. The team provides finance for clients seeking to raise capital or acquire property or land, and typically, may seek to borrow £1 million or more.
