SPECSAVERS HOUNSLOW are delighted to share the news that two of their optometrist’s, Amrita Padda and Arjun Varma have successfully completed their ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

Studying for the qualification encompasses a wide range of skills including organisational and planning capabilities, project management, managing and motivating team members and staff. Communication within a business is important and one of the modules also focuses on keeping this streamlined and clear, using all touchpoints across the organisation to provide an integrated message.

This recognised, industry-wide qualification also equips individuals with the insight into developing their core management skills so they are confident in motivating, mentoring and developing any teams they are working with currently and in the future.
