Specsavers Victoria customer sings the praises of store staff
One particular customer of Specsavers Victoria, John Leigh a photographer based in Pimlico, London, was so impressed with the customer service at the store, that he felt inspired to create a product shoot of his new prescriptive Specsavers reading glasses.
Mr Leigh had deferred having his eyes tested for over three years. However in January he succumbed and visited the Victoria store for an eye test, as he was suffering from very sore, dry eyes, plus his eyesight had become blurry.
During the eye test Mr Leigh was advised that his prescription needing changing so he decided to invest in two pairs of new Specsavers glasses, one pair from the striking new black Danny glasses, with their squared-off shape and slight wings at the edges, and a pair of black Billy frames with their bold statement look, exuding a professional, sleek image, appropriate for a photographer.
Mr Leigh had nothing but praise for the customer service he received from staff during his visit to the store, stating that; ‘The staff at London Victoria branch are amazing, patient and professional. I was so inspired that I put together a self-initiated product shoot of my new prescriptive reading glasses. I wanted to say a special thank you to the Optometrist Bhavlene Marwa and Lucien Abou-Zeid, Retail Floor Manager.’
