Built in 1898-1901, designed by architect A. G. Lyster, Tobacco Warehouse provides 550 large and airy one, two and three bedroom Manhattan loft style apartments, including penthouses, ranging in size from 958 sqft up to 2,750 sqft; complete with 100,000 sqft of dock level commercial space and lifestyle amenities.

Tobacco Warehouse is the residential part of the £250 million (completed value) regeneration of Stanley Dock into a leading leisure destination. Designed by Liverpool architect Jesse Hartley of Royal Albert Dock fame, the transformed Stanley Dock includes the 153 bed Titanic Hotel, created from the adjacent North Warehouse (built in 1854-1855), and now one of Liverpool’s most luxurious hotels with a restaurant/grill, cocktail bar and health club. There are plans for the dock’s Pump House to be converted into a restaurant and cocktail bar and the South Warehouse to be refurbished into apartments and an apart-hotel, complete with a restaurant and health club.

Tobacco Warehouse is located just 1.5 kilometres from Liverpool city centre, it is just a short riverside walk from Tate Liverpool at Albert Dock, and is within sight of the new Everton Stadium being built at Bramley-Moore Dock, due for completion in 2023/24.

Apartments at Tobacco Warehouse are available priced from £265,000 to £610,000 (leasehold – 250 years).
