Speedy Freight relaunches South Wales branch
This week, national same day courier service Speedy Freight is announcing the relaunch of Speedy Freight South Wales, led by new franchisee Rhys Hughes.
The courier company has operated in South Wales since launching its franchise site in 2019, but the new relaunch promises to boost employment in the region.
Launching this month, the branch is seeking to recruit 50 partner drivers across South Wales to join their experienced network. This comes after the recent addition a refurbishment of the offices to mark the relaunch.
After 15 months as the branch manager of Speedy Freight: South Wales, Rhys Hughes has invested into the business and joining as a franchisee. As well as his time with Speedy Freight, Rhys will also bring with him over 6 years of managerial experience in wholesale & distribution withing the automotive industry.
To mark the relaunch, Speedy Freight South Wales has made a £500 donation to local charity 2 Wish as well as making them a local charity partner. The charity, established in 2012, provides bereavement support for families who have been affected by the sudden death of a child or young person anywhere in Wales.
