This year for St Patrick’s Day, celebrate with loved ones at Rhum Tavern, the west-end bar home to London’s largest collection of rums. The bar has created a special one-day-only drinks menu in partnership with Mount Gay Rum, the world’s oldest rum distillery established in Barbados in 1703. Available on Tuesday 17th March, the limited “St Patrick’s Day 1703” menu brings together Irish drinking traditions with Caribbean rum.
Guests will be able to enjoy classic St Patrick’s Day pours including Guinness, served as a half stein (500ml) for £5 or a full stein (1000ml) for £9, alongside Brooklyn Pilsner, available as a half stein for £6 or a full stein for £10. A short menu of rum-led serves will also be available using Mount Gay Eclipse, including the 1703 Shot (£4) and the 1703 Irish Coffee (£10) made with Mount Gay Eclipse, coffee, cream and nutmeg.
For those looking to fully embrace the celebration, “The Holy Trinity” (£20) combines a half stein of Guinness, a Mount Gay Irish Coffee and a shot of Mount Gay Eclipse, bringing together three signature serves in one St Patrick’s Day trio.
