SUNAK SAMBA AMNESTY – TRADE IN YOUR ONCE-COOL TRAINERS FOR FREE ENTRY AT LONDON DUNGEON THIS WEEKEND

The London Dungeon has today launched a Sunak Samba Amnesty, offering two free tickets to those who can no longer wear their trainers after the prime minister’s admission that he is a big fan.

The offer comes as the prime minister faced Gen-Z backlash for ‘ruining’ Adidas Sambas’ trendiness, after being pictured sporting
a pair during an interview at Downing Street, before offering a ‘fulsome apology to the Samba community’ stating that he loved the trainers and owned many pairs of Adidas shoes, destroying their cool-ness beyond repair.

A London Dungeon spokesperson said:
“The once iconic trainers are on the outs with, well everyone, after Sunak donned a pair this week, officially administering the kiss of death to the much-loved shoe.

“We see this offer as our very own ‘fulsome apology’ to former Samba wearers. Don’t pop them in the bin, bring them to the
London Dungeon and we’ll do our best to take your mind off the pain of parting with them as you step away from the horrors of the present and into those of the past!”

The London attraction is launching the offer to save the formerly favourite trainers from the bin, and turn Sunak’s serious
fashion faux pas into a great day out for those feeling personally victimised by the UK prime minister trying to pull off the retro trainer.

While many in the great British public might say they’d love to never see Sambas again, the attraction will donate any trainers
handed in during the amnesty to a local charity to ensure they reach a good home.

The offer will run for one day only, this Saturday 13
April, granting two free tickets per pair of Sambas turned in.

Those brave enough to enter the depths of the London Dungeon, which is situated on the capital’s South Bank, will uncover unsettling
tales of London’s darkest past and come face-to-face with spine-chilling historic characters including Jack the Ripper, Sweeney Todd and Mrs Lovett herself.

Those who don’t have a pair of Sambas but would like to visit anyway can book tickets online in advance at www.thedungeons.com/london to
save.
