Sushinoya: Omakase To-Go Sushi Brand Lands in Chinatown

Sushinoya, a new premium grab-and-go sushi brand from one of the UK’s most successful Asian food restauranteur Dong Hyun Kim, will open in Chinatown on 17 October 2025.
The Chinatown site is Sushinoya’s most ambitious opening yet, bringing the craft of omakase sushi into one of the city’s most iconic food districts. With chefs cutting whole fish daily into sushi, bento and more, Sushinoya offers omakase restaurant-quality sushi designed for everyday convenience.
Highlights include:
A full expanded premium sushi range including rare cuts like Chutoro tuna, Yellowtail(Hamachi), and Eel(Unagi).
New hot bento and sides, made fresh daily.
Seasonal boxes and festive specials launching for Christmas.
Inclusive options for halal, vegan, and gluten-free diners.
Positioned in one of London’s busiest dining districts, the site will also serve as a flagship for brand campaigns, events, and collaborations.
With Sushinoya, we want to make premium sushi part of everyday life — convenient, accessible, but never compromising on quality.
Kim said “Most grab-and-go sushi shops today rely on digital screens or pre-packed boxes from the fridge, where you often don’t know who made it or how fresh it is. We’re doing the opposite, bringing the craftsmanship and care of traditional sushi into a convenient, on-the-go format without compromising quality.”
