TABASCO® BRAND TEAMS UP WITH F.K.A.B.A.M. TO LAUNCH OVER THE TOP PIZZERIA

The UK is a pizza paradise, playing host to everything from classic Neapolitan-style pizza to the ‘New York slice’, but despite everything that’s on offer, new research from TABASCO® Brand shows that 64% of Brits are getting bored of the bog-standard pizza toppings they see on menus and supermarket shelves.

Spicing up the standard slice, TABASCO® Brand is partnering with one of London’s most provocative and creative nose-to-tail inspired restaurants, F.K.A.B.A.M. to launch an extra-ordinary pizzeria for one night only.

Usually known for his killer flatbreads with OTT ingredients, chef-owner Lee Tiernan will fire up his wood-burning oven and swap out the iconic menu item for pizza dough. But not to worry, these pies will be anything BUT ordinary, as Tiernan’s created a pizza menu that can only be described as F.K.A.B.A.M.

The TABASCO® Brand x F.K.A.B.A.M. pizzeria will serve up a trio of slices from their OTT pizza creations (one slice from each of the three specialty pizzas below), all made with Gozney pizza dough balls:

· MAPO MARGHERITA – Mapo tofu, coriander, crispy onions, pickled red onion, truffled enoki mushrooms and TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce
· F.K.A.B.A.M. HAWAIIAN – Pulled pig’s head & fennel seed, smoked pork jowl, pineapple, charred pickled chilli, dill pickled cucumber and TABASCO® Sweet & Spicy Sauce
· COCKTAIL HOUR – Prawn cocktail pizza with all the trimmings featuring TABASCO® Original Red Sauce

Pizza cutters at the ready, the F.K.A.B.A.M. Pizzeria will dish out its controversial pies on Saturday November 5th from 12pm. Londoners wanting to get a slice of the action can reserve a table online via this link, with outdoor tables available for walk-ins only.
