From now until 23rd September, Shake Shack UK is bringing the flavours of the tropics to Shacks nationwide with its all-new Island Menu. Featuring coconut-crusted chicken, tropical-inspired drinks and a Piña Colada Shake, the limited-time menu offers a refreshing escape through tropical flavours and island-inspired favorites.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

Island Chicken
Crispy coconut chicken breast over tropical slaw and habanero mayo, glazed with sweet chilli glaze.

Island Chicken Bites
Crispy coconut chicken bites tossed with hot spice and sweet chilli glaze.

Island Fries
Crispy crinkle cut fries topped with habanero mayo, cherry peppers and hot spice.

Piña Colada Shake
Vanilla frozen custard blended with coconut and pineapple mix-in, topped with whipped cream and a fresh pineapple & cherry umbrella skewer.

Sparkling Passion Fruit Mojito
Real passion fruit mixed with our house-made sparkling lemonade and topped with fresh mint.

The full menu is now available at all UK Shacks (excluding Gatwick Airport and the Manchester Delivery Kitchen). The Piña Colada Shake and Sparkling Passion Fruit Mojito will be available at Gatwick Airport.
