Tedworth Property, the independent estate agent working with clients across Prime Central London, has announced the recruitment of two new highly experienced individuals to add to its expert property team.
James Bailey joins the Tedworth team as Partner and will be dealing with sales & lettings, as well as off-market transactions across Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea. James has 35 years’ of property experience; prior to this, he set up JBB Property, focusing on off-market property sales, after working as CEO at Henry & James on Motcomb Street.
Hannah Wilson has a decade of hands-on letting experience working on behalf of landlords with investment portfolios across PCL. She is taking on the role of Operations manager at Tedworth. Hannah will continue to act as a point of contact for landlords and tenants, covering all lettings administration, accounting and property management.
Having already worked together for the past 10 years, James and Hannah have already built up a very dynamic and successful partnership. The property pair ‘are excited to continue working in the areas they know inside out.’ Their extensive detailed knowledge of the local property market aligns perfectly with that of the entire team at Tedworth and equips them to give exceptional advice and support to clients across all aspects of the local sales and lettings market.
