TH@51 SET TO LAUNCH BRAND NEW PARISIAN-INSPIRED WEEKEND BRUNCH MENU

Can’t make it to this year’s sporting events in Paris? Fear not as TH@51 restaurant is serving up a taste of Paris with their brand-new Parisian-inspired weekend brunch menu, available from 26th July to coincide with the opening ceremony of the Paris Games. The unique restaurant is only a javelin’s-throw away from Buckingham Palace and is offering up a creative menu which delivers chic Parisian style just in time for the summer of sport. The exciting new menu will be offered every Saturday and Sunday from 12:30pm-4.00pm. Sprint, don’t walk.

Whether it is brunch with the girls or a date with someone special there’s nothing quite as indulgent as a long, leisurely brunch in a stunning setting. The new menu draws inspiration from French-inspired flavours with a two-course, three course and bottomless option – it is set to be the go-to spot on London’s brunch scene.

The Taste of Paris brunch dishes will transport you to the cobbled streets of the French capital with flavours including Pigeon Foie Gras Terrine to Classic Steak Frites, Open Croissant Sliders and the classic Croque Madame. Vegetarian dishes include a delicious Pumpkin & Brie Pie and scrumptious Ratatouille Crepes.

The menu also features nibbles (perfect for sharing), including flavourful Mushroom Vol-au-vents, a tempting Miniature Charcuterie Platter and Miniature Cheese Platter. For the main course, there are three options to choose from: Brunch Specials, TH Signatures and Eggs.

TH Signatures include the Camembert and Truffle Kulcha with beetroot pachari and Chicken Breast served with olive oil poach garlic, tandoori spice and beaten yoghurt. Whilst there are five Egg dishes to choose from featuring the mouth-watering Waff N Rash Butty, a waffle loaded with crispy rashers and fried eggs, drizzled with sweet maple syrup and brunch classics Eggs Benedict and Shakshuka.

Dessert lovers can savour the Chocolate Passionfruit Petit Gateaux, opt for the Pain Perdu a Traditional French toast with Baileys créme anglaise, berries and jam or try out the Nutella and Banana Split Waffle. With six sweet treats to choose from, there is something for everyone!

Weekends are all about indulgence, so TH@51 will be offering diners a free-flowing drinks option – visitors can choose between bottomless Bellinis or Cobra beer to elevate their brunch experience. There is also a range of signature cocktails including the viral Iced 51 cocktail served in a chic glass handbag, refreshing mocktails and premium Champagne on the menu too!

With an iconic glass conservatory and soft colour palette throughout, the dreamy interiors of TH@51 are the perfect setting to kick start the weekend and tuck into a selection of spectacular dishes. With Summer arriving, the weekend brunch can also be enjoyed alfresco in the restaurant’s courtyard too.
