The Twenty Two in Mayfair has just launched its seasonal truffle menu, featuring the celebrated Alba White Truffle which is one of the rarest and most prized ingredients worldwide.
The Alba White Truffle originates from the town of Alba in Italy’s Piedmont region and is harvested only from October to December. Intensely aromatic and distinct in flavour, it is showcased through three select dishes: Champagne, aged parmesan and white truffle risotto; Clarence Court egg, wild mushrooms and white truffle; and a white truffle fettuccine.
