This spring, Junsei is hosting two special sake takeover evenings celebrating the artistry of Japan’s iconic brew.
On 25th March, Mai Sake founder Erika Haigh will showcase rare premium sakes from across Japan, paired with crispy agemono and yakitori skewers by Head Chef Zach Farr.
Then on 23rd April, KANPAI co-founder Tom Wilson takes over with a selection of London-brewed sake, including their cloudy nigori Kumo and aromatic Tori junmai daiginjo, served alongside seasonal otsumami and Binchō-tan grilled dishes.
Both evenings will feature guided tastings from the experts and vinyl DJ sets, with sake pairings available on Junsei’s specials board throughout the month.
