The locally world-famous caf The Breakfast Club has teamed up with London’s favourite Gymbox to help keep morale high this January, hoping to prove that 2023 is the year of balance. Say hello to the Ultimate Fitness Brunch.

With 1 in 3 Brits having a notorious reputation for caving on New Year’s Resolutions by the second week of January, (aka ‘Quitter’s Day’) London’s little yellow caf’s are here to inject a ray of sunshine into Dry Jan, proving that hard work does indeed pay off.

On Saturday 28th January the breakfast icons will be hosting a Morning Glory brunch in partnership with Gymbox, which will see guests start their day correctly, with an energetic Strength Class from 9.15am at their Bank or Old Street branches (no membership required).

Guests will then be swapping sore glutes for Bloody Mary’s as they head down to The Breakfast Club in Spitalfields where they’ll be rewarded with a protein-filled Boozy (or non boozy) brunch with their workout buddies.

Gym-goers will love the selection of delectable brunch goods on offer including the Gymbox Special protein pancakes or how about a choice of the TBC Brunch Classics, including the Rise & Shine Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs or the Fried Chicken Rancheros, if it’s cheat meal time. Guests will be able to opt for a ‘Boozy Package’ at an all-inclusive price ticket of £40, and for a ticket price of £25 there will be unlimited tea, coffee and fresh juices for the non-drinkers.

From its first caf in 2005, The Breakfast Club has been iconic in the London food scene and continues to drive daily queues round the corners of their little yellow cafs with their unbeatable sweet and savoury offerings across the capital.
