Raising vital funds for Spread a Smile and the work that they do providing in hospital and virtual entertainment, in the shape of magicians, fairies, therapy dogs and more, this is the second annual comedy night Suzi has headlined and curated for the charity.

Suzi discovered Spread a Smile when a friend’s child, Trixie, was in hospital and she saw what a difference the visits and entertainers made. Since then, Suzi has supported the charity generously donating her winnings from TV appearances on The Tipping Point and The Weakest Link, and she headlined the incredible first comedy fundraiser in December 2021, alongside some of her incredibly funny friends, fuelling her involvement in the next event this year.

“I have seen first hand the impact Spread a Smile had on a friend’s daughter when she was undergoing cancer treatment in hospital. This was an incredibly difficult time for the family and Spread a Smile made it bearable and gave them reasons to laugh and smile and things to look forward to, so it’s my absolute pleasure to give something back. I am so looking forward to getting on stage later this year, alongside some brilliantly funny friends, to raise awareness and vital funds for this wonderful charity.”

The money raised on the night will help spread laughter and smiles widely across the children’s wards of hospitals across the UK.
