Served daily from 12:00 to 16:00, The Guild Tea Ritual brings a sense of place to the quintessentially British tradition of afternoon tea. The experience draws inspiration from the guilds and centuries old trade routes that once ran through the City.

To complement the menu, a dedicated Tea Sommelier guides guests through a curated selection of Newby teas, featuring rare blends sourced from some of the world’s great tea growing regions, with each tea carefully paired to complement the different courses of the afternoon.
