The sky’s the limit: Homes to rent with stunning roof terraces in London
Enjoying London in the summer sunshine is always an enriching experience – and being able to do so from your very own roof terrace makes it even more so. For residents of Quintain Living – the award-winning management company overseeing the rental of more than 3,390 apartments in Wembley Park – the sky’s the limit when it comes to enjoying summer under the open sky, thanks to its impressive range of roof terrace amenities and events.
Quintain Living manages eight developments in Wembley Park, each with its own unique character and social spaces, including hugely varied roof terraces, podium gardens and other outdoor spaces. The individual nature of the roof terraces provides renters with an exciting range of options for enjoying the London sunshine, while the impressive views range from the iconic Wembley Stadium arch to the City and the greenery of Surrey. Residents can relax and enjoy the roof terraces as an extension of their stylish apartments, ensuring they always have the idea spot for making the most of the summer sun.

Rooftop resident events at Quintain Living in recent months have included a range of sessions courtesy of fitness and wellbeing partner Antidote. Residents have enjoyed everything from a rooftop HIIT class set to uplifting beats, followed by post-workout food and mocktails, to a high energy rooftop boxing workout. The lush greenery of the stylish Alameda building’s spacious roof terrace has hosted several events, including an electro music meditation and yoga session, a Pilates and postural analysis event and a Yin Yoga class.
This summer, residents have a range of rooftop events to look forward to. Monday Movie Night also takes place on Alameda’s roof terrace each week, with residents settling down in front of the giant outdoor screen to enjoy a film. For those with a mind and body focus, rooftop HIIT classes will be accompanied by yoga and bootcamps . Quintain Living will also be arranging a selection of BBQ events and outdoor ‘sip and paint’ picnic events as the summer sun shines down.
Residents have also been taking advantage of the proximity of their rooftops to Wembley Stadium this summer. Many have taken to the terraces to party to the sounds of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, enjoying the international icon’s music for free while she played at the Stadium on 21, 22 and 23 June. Further rooftop singalongs are expected when Swift returns to Wembley Park for a further five concerts in August.
The Robinson roof terrace, Quintain Living, Wembley Park
In addition to events, Quintain Living’s roof terraces offer residents access to a wealth of amenities that are perfect for enjoying over the summer months. Each building has its own unique character, reflected in everything from the design of individual homes to on-site facilities. The Robinson is one of the quirkiest. The largest of its three rooftops is home to what is believed to be the longest sun lounger in London, along with a juice bar in the shape of an orange, surrounded by brightly painted oil drums overflowing with plants. There’s also a seven-metre-long slide for getting down to the mini courtyard below.
The Robinson’s other rooftops also deliver distinctive spaces. One is home to a hot-tub beneath the stars, while another provides a mini work-from-home campus, complete with three bespoke, custom-built campervan offices, along with picnic tables and deckchairs surrounded by plants.
At nearby Madison, flanking the world-famous Wembley Stadium, the rooftop is perfect for soaking up the convivial atmosphere whenever there’s a major sporting event or concert in town. The giant rooftop screen shows football fixtures and other sporting greats, along with a selection of films throughout the summer months. It’s the perfect place to unwind with good company and an oversize bucket of popcorn at the end of the working week. The terrace is also home to multiple BBQ areas, each named after characters from Mad Men, in keeping with the building’s sleek, mid-century modern design.

Over at Canada Gardens, the two beautifully furnished rooftop spaces blend indoor and outdoor living, creating a versatile offering that suits a wide range of uses. The outdoor areas are focused on greenery and relaxation, with areas to sit and chill, giant Jenga and plenty of space for sunrise yoga sessions. Flowing into the indoor space is a rooftop lounge and work-from-home area, ensuring the terrace can be enjoyed in multiple ways.
For New York warehouse-inspired Ferrum, the roof terrace is all about the incredible views. Residents emerge from their Brooklyn loft style apartments to enjoy rooftop social spaces backed by enviable views of the City, the Wembley Stadium arch and the distant Surrey Hills. Sun loungers, tables and benches dot the rooftop in varying arrangements, providing space for groups of different sizes, as well as individuals seeking serenity in the sunshine.
Play is also the order of the day at the delightfully monochrome, minimalist Beton building. There, the rooftop garden is home to BBQs, dining tables and lounge seating, along with a giant rooftop chessboard – perfect for making the most of the summer sunshine.
“London is a wonderful city to enjoy in the summer. We are delighted to provide such a wealth of rooftop amenities for our residents to enjoy, along with spectacular views that stretch from the London skyline to the greenery of Surrey.”
