Tipi opens the doors to first homes specifically designed for rent

As the UK’s Build to Rent sector grows and matures, renters’ needs are increasingly being placed at the heart of the design process. Lifestyle-led rental homes brand Tipi is one of the forerunners of this process in Tipi’s new building, Alameda.
Alameda has been designed for renters from the outset and marks a significant change from the ‘one size fits all’ approach often seen with rental homes in urban areas.

Alameda’s shared social spaces include an extensive mezzanine area that hosts a lounge, games room, co-working spaces, a kitchenette and rooms that can be booked for events or classes. They link to external landscaped areas, with a courtyard garden framing the route up to the planted first floor roof terrace.
