On Wednesday 17th June, Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens will welcome acclaimed Brazilian chef Alberto Landgraf to Muse in London for an exclusive one night only four-hands dinner, celebrating the launch of Alberto’s new book, Oteque.

The event marks a speciall reunion for the two chefs. Alberto worked alongside Tom at Tom Aikens restaurant back in 2003, two decades later they return to the kitchen together for a special collaborative menu.

“Alberto worked with me back in Tom Aikens in 2003, so we have great history together, and this is, of course, very meaningful to the both of us,” says Tom.

As chef-owner of Rio de Janeiro’s celebrated Oteque, Alberto has earned international recognition for his refined approach to Brazilian ingredients, seasonality and flavour. The restaurant has built a devoted following and is widely regarded as one of South America’s most exciting dining destinations.

For this special dinner, Tom and Alberto will create a bespoke menu that brings together their distinct culinary perspectives, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience both chefs cooking side by side.

Every guest attending the dinner will receive a copy of Oteque as part of their ticket, providing a unique insight into Alberto’s philosophy, recipes and celebrated restaurant.
