Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park tour kicks off with the biggest and best line-up to date!
Due to the sell-out success of last year’s Pub in the Park festival, the biggest tour to date kicks
off this weekend opening in Marlow! Pub in The Park is back and is bigger and better than
ever as Tom Kerridge takes his pals on an eight date UK tour!
Marlow, the original festival location opens its gates this weekend and will see its biggest
attendance to date! Over 26,000 visitors are expected, and the pub line-up is not going to
disappoint! Totalling 11 Michelin Stars and 14 pop-up pubs, the Marlow food line-up is a corker
with; The Hinds Head, The Beehive, Bibendum, Sindu, The Hardwick, The Wigmore, Café
Murano, The Blackbird, The Pony & Trap, The Star Inn and both of Kerridge’s pubs The
Hand andFlowers and The Coach joining the line-up.
The chef line-up is world class, alongside Tom Kerridge, Marlow will see Monica Galetti, Angela Hartnett, Josh Eggleton, Stephen Terry, Atul Kochhar, Claude Bosi and Jason Atherton to name a few.
If the chef names weren’t enough, the music line-up is fierce and includes; All Saints, Jake Bugg, Scouting for
Girls, Kaiser Chiefs, David Gray, Gabrielle and Dodgy. As well as Dark Horse Wine,
London Prosecco, Champagne Piaff Bar, Chase Gin cocktail Bar, Disaronno Cocktail Bar and
Greene King Bar.
New for 2019 – Tom Kerridge and Atul Kochhar will go head to head at Pub in The Park’s
Oarsome charity chef boat race in aid of Marlow Rowability. Angela Hartnett and Josh
Eggleton have also confirmed that they will also be taking part. The Boat Race will take place
on Saturday morning. Spectators can watch from Marlow Bridge and from the towpath to cheer
on their favourite chefs in the race!
Across the whole tour, the festival will feature a total of 18 Michelin Stars serving tasting
dishes showcasing their signature style. Over 400,000 dishes are expected to be served over
the Summer alongside 100’s of exhibitors celebrating the very best food the country has to
offer.
The pub line-up is looking better than ever with some stunning pubs including Kerridge’s
two Michelin starred The Hand & Flowers and Michelin starred The Coach, plus new for 2019 highlights include; Claude Bosi’s Oyster Bar at Bibendum, Tommy Banks’ The Black Swan, Oldstead and new venue Roots, The Cross at Kenilworth, Jodie Kidd’s Half Moon Kirdford and Tim Allen’s Flitch of Bacon.
There will also be over 50 music acts performing across the whole festival including All
Saints, Kaiser Chiefs, Texas, Will Young, David Gray and Basement Jaxx alongside chef
demonstrations, top quality shopping and other festival fun. Pub in The Park is a must visit for
all food and music lovers this summer!
