London Dungeon offers FREE entry to all those born on Good Friday, to undo Victorian bad luck beliefs

The Victorians were a superstitious bunch. Many believed that being born on Good Friday brought a bucketload of bad luck.

To turn that misfortune around this year, for those unlucky enough to have been born on March 29th, the date of Good Friday this year, the London Dungeon is offering free entry to all those suffering from the superstition to experience sinister thrills this Easter.

The offer is open for guests who enter the attraction before midday on Good Friday. A valid ID is needed for the birthday guest.

For all those not ‘unlucky’ enough to be born on Good Friday, there is still plenty going on in the dungeon under London. Hunt for sinister thrills this Easter, uncover the unsettling ‘tails’ of London’s darkest past and come face-to-face with spine-chilling historic characters from Jack the Ripper to Sweeney Todd.

SEA LIFE London Aquarium welcomes new additions to its aptly named school of rabbitfish in time for Easter

Hop into the underwater world of SEA LIFE London Aquarium this Easter and come nose-to-fin with the fascinating rabbitfish!

In time for Easter, the Aquarium has added to its school of rabbitfish allowing kids to meet a whole lot more than just the Easter Bunny this holiday season. Like their namesakes, rabbitfish enjoy greenery as they graze on algae and other plants. They are also very stealthy and can change the colour of their scales to blend in with the environment.

For the Easter weekend, little ones can sleuth and search for the rabbitfish in the Open Ocean and Coral Kingdom zones of the Aquarium. Spot the aptly named creatures and head to the closest member of the team to receive a sticker that proudly announces you’ve found the famous attraction’s rabbitfish.

For all those visiting, the adventure begins as guests climb aboard a magical 3D flying bus with the loveable, yet mischievous Donkey, to journey through the slimy swamp before heading down Drury Lane to visit the Muffin Man’s house (who may be whipping up a batch of his famous hot cross buns with an egg-citing twist!). Families will then become part of an incredible interactive story featuring fan favourite Dreamwork’s characters including Puss in Boots, Rumpelstiltskin and Pinocchio.
