Topland, one of the UK’s largest privately-owned real estate groups, has made two new additions to its asset management and human resources teams.

Natalia Gliorsi joins Topland as company secretary and head of HR having previously worked at private credit specialists ADM Capital. Natalia brings specialist experience in commercial litigation, compliance, and corporate affairs. Natalia will lead Topland’s human resources department where she will advise on recruitment and resourcing strategy for the business as it targets future growth.

Edward Sibley has also joined the group as asset manager to bring additional expertise in portfolio management, valuations, and strategic asset development. Edward joins Topland from commercial landlord, The Arch Company – one of England and Wales’ largest SME landlords. Edward will work alongside Topland’s asset management team as it manages more than 200 tenancies across its 3.5 million sq ft investment portfolio.
